Hurricane Ike

Hurricane Ike is coming straight at us. Houston is gonna be right in the middle of Ike's, a Cat 3 hurricane, path. Mandatory evacutions had been issued for some of the zip codes near the coastal area. We are lucky that we are not living in one of those areas.

This is definitely gonna be worse than Tropical Storm Edouard. For one, Houston Intercontinental Airport will be closed on Sat - the day YR is leaving Houston for Moscow. Ha. We are charging him for the additional day(s) that he will be staying with us until his catches the next flight out. Talk about being a good friend. heh.
