Totally Tired...

Argh... really feeling wasted from my last 2 days outfield man... What was suposed to be 2D1N of fun and laughter turned out to be a bit of a hell session for most of us!! First of all, knowing that we would be having a BBQ for the first night, everyone thought our exercise would end by7-8pm but it turned out that our Course Commander kep t us going and going up until 12mn... wt which time most of us were pretty zonked out from the lethargy and tiredness of the day man. True we were doing mostly medical planning and deployment of tentages, but it was kinda tiring for most of us coz we were all in reservist mood... our past 2 weeks were really relaxed and right up till the field camp, we thought everything would remain that way..

Of course, life had to go on, and we DID continue with our Mission BBQ at the end and we all had great servings of Chicken Wings, Satays, Sotong Balls, Marshmallows, and much much more. Although many of us were just about ready to sleep after the strenuous activities, the smell of the food kept us awake for just enough time to finish most of the food. Kudos to the people who helped in organising this BBQ man!! Won't ever forget this field camp...

Today was also a shiong one.. as we woke up to thunderflashes at ard 6 in the morning, and had to do BCS casualty play... in our semi-conscious state we still managed to put up quite a show, and thankfully, we had a very good and long break after that. This pattern continued for the rest of the day, but inevitably, it was time to return to camp as everyone (including the Course Commander of coz..) was itching to go home after a long.. well... 2 days.. haha..

Managed to get home at 9pm and it felt absolutely GREAT to have a nice shower in the comfort of my bathroom. Tomorrow's gonna be our graduation ceremony so i'm gonna post some of the pics to show the many reservists friends i have made whilst in camp. For now though, it's an early night for me.... zzzz....
