Convocation again.

What the hell!! A blink of an eye and ANOTHER weekend is gone!!! Here i am.. feeling totally wasted from the weekend's activities, and getting ready to go back to camp tomorrow... haiz. Ok let me see, what have i accomplished in this very weekend?? Firstly, on Sat, Yee Chung and I accompanied Jo to Queensway to get his new Newcastle Nicky Butt jersey and not surprisingly, i ended up spending my fair share of money for my club.

"United's new big signing for the season."

Again, i shall not reveal the price, as a certain someone is already quakign in her shoes and getting ready to scold me liao. Anyway, the new jersey's really kinda small compared to the previous season's... think it's meant to be figure-hugging (ie. NOT my type) and that's why i bought a size bigger. Oh yea anyway, the pic above has been intentionally blurred to cover my damn braces. The rest of the saturday was then spent in church with Mel (Christ the King is STILL an amazing church if you ask me...), swallowing a Mentos and having dinner with Sharon, Mel and Ailing at Hougang! Cheap and affordable curry fish head... my tongue was screaming in pain but the delicious assam gravy was just too irresistable....

Sunday then.... the morning was spent playing soccer as usual, and making me feel totally drained for the rest of the day. Interestingly though, i met up with my friends today for a convo photo-taking session at the Esplanade!

Yea it's been one year overdude for me but it's still kinda of fun, especially for the REAL graduates of 2004: Joseph, Shikai, John and Melvin... Congratulations to these unlucky asses who now have to face the Real world.. of working... Argh.

Sharon and i had to leave the photos session halfway though, as we had arranged to watch the Fireworks Extravaganza at Esplanade!! I have to say the number of people there was really ridiculous though.. whereby people had to squeeze through the doors of the Esplanade and struggle to find spaces to sit along the bay, even though it was raining!! Keli and Kelvin plus Ais and Shumiin came over to join us too... and in the end, the wait was worth it as the fireworks we saw were nothing less than brilliant!!

Sure as hell trashed the ones we saw at NDP for the last few years... so if any of you are interested, this Fireworks thingy will be on for next Sun and the Sun after. Try to catch it at least once, but of course... be prepared for the crazy crowds man...

Alrite... now that i've brushed and flossed my metal chewers, it's about time to turn in. Can feel the Monday blues sinkin' in liao... Let's try to have a gd week ahead then....

Tired Tim signing off....
