Hmmm....
Isabelle's been around the house for almost a month already, and i'm sure alot of you are dying to find out how she's been yea? Well, for the most part, she's still acting like the baby that she is, inquisitive about almost everything, biting on anything that is remotely chewable (including electrical cables), hyperactive, and friendly with everyone. She's not very toilet trained though so we still the odd "accident" every once in a while, but other than that she's been mighty fine....
"Isabelle's impression of a furball"
She still reminds me alot of
Belle though and i still call her by that name without knowing it! It's pretty obvious they have different characters though... while Belle was strong and brash, Isabelle is pretty timid and seems slightly more passive. We all love having her around the house though, and it's great seeing my parents finally finding something to keep their minds off Batam!!!
========================================
During blading on Sunday, Lih Soon joined us (AMAZINGLY!!) and so did Elaine, who brought her cute li'l Jack Russell,
Milo, along!! This was the first time i've seen him and i must say, i'm surprised at how tough and sizeable he is! Also, i know Jack Russells are never easy to maintain, but this little fellow was a total MONSTER the whole day!!!
"Milo in a.... compromising position between my legs..."
Besides being unable to sit for the whole car journey to East Coast, he literally went crazy once we stopped and he got off the car!!! Soon seemed to be dragged around and it was more of
Milo taking him for a walk than the other way round.... what's more, he was going around peeing at every spot he felt worthy to call HIS OWN. Either he had a really bad bladder prob or he's aggressively marking his territory man....
What's more, i caught him trying to bully a tiny Silky Terrier!! Obviously he doesn't like to pick on dogs of his own size man... guess it's a Male thing.... maybe Lih Soon should start to pick up some of these finer points from
Milo!!!
"Faceoff!!!"
I must say i had another great day blading though, and i'm sure alot of you know that many people bring their dogs over to ECP for walks. I've seen big ones, small ones, Great Danes, Chihuahuas, you name it i've seen it. Think i'll probably bring
Isabelle down one of these days too, when i'm much much more confident with my blading first though. Almost died when Elaine handed me
Milo's leash while i was on blades... hahahah.. in the meantime, i've got to brush up on my skills!!!
Asian X-Games 2005 here i come!!!!!!!!!
"Nice dog... but NICER blades..."
