Kallang Roars again....

Yup..... I'm sure you all know by now... Singapore beat Indonesia to win the Tiger Cup just 2 weeks ago. Well i managed to get tickets too, thanks to my good friend, Yaohan's help.... lotsa tickets in fact and we all got to have a rare moment of basking in Singapore football glory yet again... just like the old days.. *sighz*

It's amazing how many asses i managed to jio for this game which we more or less knew Singapore would win. Behind these smiley S'pore faces however, are 2 Liverpudlians, a Gunner, a Rover, an Evertonian, and a Red Devil. Can you tell who's WHO??



"Long time no see?"
Managed to catch up with 2 buddies whom i've not seen for a long time too. Fancy meeting em here man... but then again it seemed like almost the whole of Singapore was here.... proclaiming their love for Singapore only when the trophy was almost certain... hahaha.. sounds like bandwagon fans don't they? There's alot of them in Singapore... think of the Blackburn fans in '95, Arsenal in recent years, and of coz, those Chelsea dudes whom you see alot of these days!!


I seriously hope though, that Singapore football HAS taken the turn for the better, despite how skeptical i am. Meanwhile, Man Utd vs Arsenal in the coming week... watch for it!!!

For the 4th time this year i think, i've managed to kill yet another shoe.... my previous lovable grey salas which i think you can see in previous posts has finally kicked the bucket. Had to make a trip down to Queensway and got myself... well... Jo's initial birthday present! Check out this flashy pair.....

Where have i been?

Wow.... 2 months.... where was i man?? Almost forgot about this blog already.... until i went through the hell of last week.

For the first time in my PwC life, i realised what Audit Peak meant. Working through the night, sacrificing holidays and worst still, sacrificing SOCCER!!! The worst 2 names i'll ever ever hear man.... Altvater... and, well..... Jakob!

Anyway it's a real learning experience... at least now i know how my audit peers feel whenever they complain about a job that is ridiculously tough, a client who is unreasonably unreasonable, a super demanding manager, and the lack of time to finish their work. Haiz i guess this'll put me in good stead for my current audit then... more updates on this blog from now on i hope?
